Curse Explosion

Deals damage. Deals instant damage proportional to the total damage including Burning and Poison Damage over time, to targets with Curse Damage over time (applied by the user) within range, and applies Health Shield proportional to the dealt damage to allies. Then, removes all stacks of Burning, Curse, and Poison (applied by the user) from enemies.
